[otrs] Getting Emails into Queue

Hi,   I've just installed OTRS on a hosted domain.  Here's the info I know about it:   Webserver: Apache 1.3.26 Operating System: FreeBSD 3.4-RELEASE Complier: GCC 2.7.2.3 Database: MySQL 3.23.32-log Perl 5.00503 PHP 4.2.2 PHP3 3.0.18 Sendmail 8.9.3   I've done all the installations and logged in fine, but no emails are coming in the queue.  I need [EMAIL PROTECTED] to go into our queues.  I edited .fetchmailrc to read:   poll mail.heartlevelministries.org protocol POP3 user [EMAIL PROTECTED] password [ourpassword] is otrs   But nothing happened.  What else should I need to edit to get the mails into the queue?   Thanks Chris
