This comes not from your cat and pipe! This was a cronjob.

This is the UnlockTickets cron job. At this moment (Mon Oct 28 22:00:03 2002) 
the database was down and you got this error message. This cronjobs will be 
started/stoped via rcotrs start/stop.

I'll do some tests with IE, attachments and euros.

Please send a demo email with Outlook and euros to contact at otrs.org so I
can check this...
