Okay turns out the copy of MySQL was trashed, After the reinstall everything is fine. Just one more stupid question.
I have setup a Queue called Support and an email address to go with it ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), Sending mail to the tt system works fine and I get a reply back with the tt #. But the admin account that is setup in the Config.pm never gets the mail letting him know there is a open ticket waiting for him. I looked at the OTRS - Manual and did not see anything about this settting.
