We fixed/changed the formating of long text messages.

Anyway try to use the Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl from your
latest rpm. Copy Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl.rpmsave to
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl.
