>Thanks for your help, this really did it for the phone option and the move facility on a message. However the utilities option still had the problem. Our programmer Vyacheslav made an update (attached) so the utilities option only shows users and queues in the same group as the logged on user. We are using V 1.1.2 Can you please include this in the OTRS sysem for the new version? Now it is really possible to have more companies use the same system. regards, Hans
