AFAIS, there shouldn't be a problem at all.

OTRS is a multi-user system, as the underlying MySQL and Postgre can
handle parallel queries without problems.

Subject: [otrs] Multi-Server question

Hi all,

I hope I am doing right.

I want to have 2 OTRS-Server connecting the same database. Is this
possible?

Example:
Server 1: running otrs / the database / fetching email
Server 2: running otrs frontend - nothing else - and is connecting to
the database of server 1

Any problems that I didn't see?

Cheers
Marc
