AFAICS, there's no OTRS specific limitation, although there may be a
limitation caused by your broswer client.
I don't know atvm if HTML4.01 demands a limitation of over-sized lists
and what over-sized in this context would mean...
What are you thinking of, Lars, do you have too many customers?
