I'm testing 1.1.3 of OTRS and using it agains an AD LDAP tree. When a user sends an email to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] queue, the new ticket is registered on the correct user, and the "CustomerID" field show the correct user as one would expect.
Could it be that your LDAP settings in Config.pm needs changing? I believe the key here is the 'CustomerID => ' entry. Set this to match you mail field.
