Defaults.pm has this to say about switching TicketStorageModule:
# TicketStorageModule (Don't use it for big emails/attachments!)
# (where attachments and co is stored - switch from fs -> db possible
# but not from db -> fs - old attachments are not shown)
Am I correct in interpreting that to say that switching from db -> fs is
possible provided you are prepared to accept that any attachments
already in the system will become hidden.
