Just want to make sure of a couple of things...

The OTRS account does exist?  Wait, yes, I can see that.
Can you retrieve mail from that account using a normal POP3 mail reader?
You've set up that account in the POP3 Account panel in the Admin area of
OTRS, and verified that the account login & password etc are correct?
Is the mail perhaps being brought into the system but sent to the wrong
queue? (This happened to me at one point -- frustrating!)
Do you actually have the PostMasterPOP3.pl script running on a regular
basis?
Is anything placed in the log file?
What is output to the screen if you run PostMasterPOP3.pl from the command
line?

Also, what version of OTRS are you running, and on what platform?

I hope that this helps!  If not, I'm sure I can come up with some more
questions for you.  :-)

I have Mercury/32 on OTRS and I am trying to get mail forwarded from a user
to the queue within OTRS.
the queue mailbox is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The mx record setup within dns is mail.helpxstamper.com

Mail is being forwardered from exchange to the mercury successfully, but
from mercury to the otrs queue is not successful.
What would need to be configured to get the mail from the mercury to the
OTRS?
