Sorry, the above doesn't work. These are the correct settings for
Config.pm:
$Self->{LogModule} = 'Kernel::System::Log::File';
$Self->{'LogModule::LogFile'} = 'C:/otrs/var/log/otrs.log';
It was my cat dancing on the keyboard, you know... ;-)
