Try to use the current CVS version of Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Entity.pm
(http://cvs.otrs.org/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Entity.pm).
If it's still not working, create an bug report on bugs.otrs.org.
