Check out the "Preferences" screen. This is a preference set per-user. :-)
Actually, I should just double-check that we're talking about the same thing... Are you talking about the "Custom queue" or "personal queue" that defines which tickets are shown when you click the "QueueView" button? If so, then my instructions will work for you. I've got it set up on my own system so that I've got a couple queues marked as "Custom queue" so that all the tickets in each queue are listed in that view, it makes my life much easier.
