How do you manual go into mysql and delete messages in the raw queue?  It seems that over the holidays the otrs system created 88000 messages and put them in the raw queue.  Now I can't even get otrs working properly anymore.  I want to manual go into the mysql database and delete all the messages in the raw queue.  Does anyone know how to do this?
