The contents of mysql.pm list it as version 2.9003.
In addition, I am able to login and use the system.
Any ideas what's causing this message?
Try to disable "Apache::Reload" in scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf. Is it working then?

I commented it both PerlModule Apache::Reload and PerlInitHandler Apache::Reload. It still works and still produces the log messages.
