Hi: I am using otrs 1.2.1 and some times i get the error "Malformed multipart POST" lossing the response writen to a ticket., i have some users who want to kill me for that. The error was also on version 1.1.3 and i did hope not to see again on version 1.2.1 but that�s not true.
I do a little search at google and found that seems to be a problem with some version of CGI.pm . I upgrade that at the system before check that otrs have a copy of that. So now i upgrade also the otrs copy of CGI.pm and until now i did not see again that error. Maybe somebody else get that error and if is better not to include CGI.pm on the package and use from system. But at least the otrs copy of CGI.pm must be upgrade.
