Well, dear Leonardo, it's not that we didn't want to help, but you might
better give some information where you got stuck. It's kinda hard to
give advice if noone knows what's wrong.
As I wrote beforehand, you should revert your
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm to the version from the tarball you
used to install. Never change anything in Defaults.pm, but copy the
appropriate parts from Defaults.pm to /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm and
edit them there.
