Hi,

 

I have created a new theme and have set it as default in the config.pm file. The problem is, the new theme appears at the customer login screen but once the customer logs in the theme is back to the default not to what I have set it to be.  What config changes do I have to make?

 

The other question is with the ticket priority, I have reversed the settings eg High Priority is now 1. Which dtl file do I need to change to get the colour settings ie. High priority colour is red.
