Dear Thomas,

of course is Brage a possible target to integrate/bind in/to OTRS. I
downloaded your recent version and will try to find the time to install
it in the near future.

What I could think of at least and in the beginning were a
Postmaster::Filter module to sort out Brage's mails to a specific queue
and mark them appropriate. Shouldn't be too hard to implement, as it
were a config option, not a source code patch.

I don't know if and what we can do more without having had a closer look
at Brage. We would like to avoid integrating PHP in OTRS, though.

Btw, the better suited mailing list is [EMAIL PROTECTED]

With highest regards,

Robert Kehl
