Candidates were every kind of "washing" software eliminating Cookies and
stuff while trying to "protect" the user from ...erm something. I don't
know what blocking Referers and deleting Cookies is worth for, but there
must be some fields of application.
You can test for Cookie issues if you switched it of, at least for
testing. This is done as usual, in Config.pm:
$Self->{SessionUseCookie} = 0;
