Please, PLEASE, can someone tell me how to stop OTRS using flashing text for queues with items?
Before it induced some kind of fit I grepped the sources and removed the offending <blink> tags.
However in doing so I noticed that there seems to be a lot of hard coded HTML style information in the sources. Are there plans to switch to CSS instead?
