These are the AgentNotifications. See if you can access:
http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminNotification

Look for the specific notification, say "en::Agent::NewTicket", click
'Change' and edit the Body. There must be some additional line breaks
somewhere.

If you cannot access the above link, have a look in
Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm and copy the appropriate (faulty)
notifications from there to ../Config.pm and correct them there.
