The GUI is highly configurable. It's easy:

In there you'll find the important subchapter 'Create a new theme':
http://doc.otrs.org/1.2/en/html/dtl-theme.html

Now look inside these files in Kernel/Output/HTML/MyTheme and edit them:
AgentMailboxNavBar.dtl
AgentMailboxTicket.dtl
TicketView.dtl

Feel free to change the other files, to. You may lateron want to delete
every _unchanged_ file and softlink the appropriate version from
../Standard:

# ln -s ../Standard/* . 2>/dev/null

Please note, that dtl-themes from 1.2.3 are not compatible to the
current CVS version and thus won't be to the one from the next release.
