It seems, the PostMaster isn't capable of actually storing the contents of emails it receives. Or you are being hacked. scr Watch your logs. Make Backups. Use procmail or similar means to retain a backup of every single eMail before it is given to OTRS. Compare those to the empty tickets, and find out which email causes this to happen.
