I'm sorry, it turns out now I didn't make myself clear. What I meant was will the graphical representation, as can be found in ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/otrs-1.2-database.png, be altered in the new 1.3 and, if yes, will these changes be documented?
