I have recently upgraded OTRS. Since the upgrade, I am facing a problem.
When I try to change/update a Pop3 account, it seems it uses the user
name of the logged user no matter which pop3 account I select. Is this
as designed or a bug? Can any one comment on it? Thanks in advance.
