No, I need to change it in Linux. I work under Debian and the server running in Debian. But for jobs policy in my host I've got the fucking Windows :). But the OTRS is installed under Debian. But if I can understand what you say (my english is poor... ), you have 3 admin accounts to print different stats???, how??.
