Hi!
As a sidenote, you can configure where you want to store the
attatchments that
come with your mails in Config.pm, take a look at:
http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/performance-tuning.html
I use filesystem to have better control over the database and to be
able of
working faster with it (backups, querys, etc). Around 90% of the tickets we
have come
without attatchments, and they are not so important for us, but maybe they are
vital for
you.
