I think you have only a configuration problem. How did you see nothing?
In "My Queue"? Or when you select the name of the Queue directly? What happends if you create a new ticket (e. g. telefonticket)?

The ticket get's created and sent out when I use the telefonticket, If I do a search on all Open, new tickets I get nothing, when I click on QueView and then my Queues there is also nothing there but when I click on the notification link I can see a new ticket, assigned to the correct queue.
