Hi!
The only think I've seen so far is the "link" option (in Ticket Zoom),
but it doesn't
work as I expected. I suppose that if you link ticket A to ticket B, and then
someone
closes ticket B, ticket A should close automatically with the same close state
than ticket
B. It should work "vice versa" too. I think this idea would be useful for Mark
Nernberg,
but if it doesn't work this way, what is the link feature used for?
