Hi Ronny,
Try this in your Config.pm
# CustomerPanelOwnSelection
# (If this is in use, "just this selection is valid" for the
CustomMessage.)
$Self->{CustomerPanelOwnSelection} = {
# Queue => Frontend-Name
'NOC' => 'NOC Queue!',
};
This will only show the NOC Queue to customers...
