Hi,
we need all agents watching a queue to be notifies if an agent add somthing to a ticket , so the others know whats going on, with out having to check the webpage, even if the ticket status havent changed.
Can this be done, and how ?
I have found the bcc function so far, but that sends doubles then for ticket owner, I know its for archievung purpose only, is thereanother way for out above problem ?
