Hello,

Yes, the state is "Closed successful"
But the system is still sending the reminder and the message is ""the
ticket "1003092" has reached the reminder time!""
I tried to change the owner, but nothing changes.
Is there a way to stop that?
The problem is that an other ticket comes with the same error...
