Read this from the docs: http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/permission.html
And afther that, look at the Admin GUI, you'll find there everything
you need to
click ;-) Basically, you need to create a new group, put user Alpha into it and
assign
permissions to queues "Uno, Dos, Tres" for that group.
I think that users must be members of the admin group to be able to
manage
queue-group-users permissions... or you could play with the permissions in
section
"module group permissions" in Config.pm (copy the options you want to change
from
Defaults.pm to Config.pm). Read: http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/configfile.html
