Ummm...
You're missing something there (exactly in Config.pm):
$Self->{TicketStorageModule} = 'Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageFS';
$Self->{ArticleDir} = '/usr/share/otrs/var/article';
You must specify that you want to use the filesystem to store the
articles ;)
Oh! That's for v1.3.2, maybe it's different for v2.0 beta.
