Go to the auto response section in the admin area and select the auto 
response you like to change.

In the body of the response you'll see a OTRS variable called    
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[6]>. The "[6]" means, that six lines of the 
customer mail will be included. Change this to <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL> and 
the whole customer mail should be included.
