I check to install with apt-get and modify apache2.conf and run
well, but you can try to add the rows in httpd.conf.
I supose that you try http://ip-address/otrs/installer.pl.
If it not run install OTRS using tar.gz and follow the instruction
step-by-step, all may run well in the installation.
