Hi,

Is it possible to send a customer notification when a ticket gets locked? I 
need this to notify the customer that their ticket is now being handled by an 
engineer.

If this is not possible, then make this a feature request. When the engineer 
locks the ticket, a message like this should be sent: "Your ticked is now in 
the hands of <name>. She or He will contact you when ...blah, blah, blah". The 
customer then automatically knows that their ticket is is human hands, and that 
they should expect some development in a short time.

Customer feedback is very important. Or so I'm being told ;)
