Hello, I'm implementing OTRS at our site and was
wondering if it would be possible to configure it to connect to an
external customer DB getting data from more than one table. >From what I understand, it won't be possible... however since I cannot create a view on remote database, is there any workaround about this issue ? Regards A. |
