Hi , Other than rebuilding my OTRS box , I am not sure what the problem is. I did check the archives , but none of those solutions seems to apply to my problem.
When I manually run PostMasterPOP3.pl , it gives me the error ,"Can't create PID PostMasterPOP3, because it's already running". I added the if option and that seemed to work for a while , but now still I'm getting the above error. I also noticed that if I leave the cronjob to run it , it still gives the error as well , only after a while does it start to fetch new mail. I changed the default mail msg size in the Sysconfig , can this affect it as well? Also certain POP3 mailboxes I added in OTRS does not get checked , even though I tested it and it works. I hope this is enough information to constitute a response as I am at my wits end.
