Another question... When I go to the "[ Customer Users <-> Groups ]" link, I
get the following error:

Warning: Sorry, feature not activ!
Comment: CustomerGroupSupport needs to be activ in Kernel/Config.pm,
read more about this feature in the documentation. Take care!

What do I need to do and why should I take care?!

Thanks for your feedback Richard. So, when I compose a new email or phone call
ticket, is it true that if I use the "Search Customer" button, I can only
search for persons (employees of a company) and not customers (ie.. a company
name)? If so, is there anyway I can change this so that I can search on
customer group?

We have customers (companies calling us) and often different employees from the
same customer. I would like an easy way of managing this... any ideas?

Thanks again for your help.

I would say create customer groups...(which in this case, would be the
Companies) and in them, make individual members (employees of each company)
members of that group.

_Thanks
Richard
