Hello,

I've got a problem with autoresponses. I've set up many queues /
subqueues and dispatching via X-OTRS-queue header on my trusted
postmaster account.

I've created an autoresponse for default reply / new ticket and set it
as the default reply for my queues.

Then I open a ticket via form inserting the needed headers. The ticket
is created by OTRS and queue/subqueue dispatching works as expected, but
the customer does not receive any autoresponse.

What could it be?
