Hi all , Installed a new OTRS system on Debian Sarge , getting the following error when trying to access the SysConfig via the web interface.
Can't locate object method "new" via package "XML::Parser::Lite" at ../..//Kernel/System/XML.pm line 781 How can I check which Perl modules I have currently installed , and what I need?
