I am trying to add some custom fields to store about our customers. I added
the "phone" field as per the example, and that works fine. However, I also
want this to show up when I either Zoom to a ticket in the customer info
table, and also in the Customer Data when I click the customer ID link in
the zoomed view. I can't find where to get this to show up...
