I'm getting the same problem.
After changing the authentication type in my OTRS installation, httpd fails on
start up.
The error message I'm getting is;

/opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl line 28.\nBEGIN failed--compilation
aborted at /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl line 28.\nCompilation
failed in require at (eval 2) line 1.\n
[Tue Feb 07 13:11:08 2006] [error] Can't load Perl file:
/opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl for server
webdev2.allstatefastener.loca:0, exiting...
Line 122 in my config.pm is:
$Self->{'SecureMode'} = 1;
Line 28 in my startup.pl is:
use Kernel::Config;
Can anyone help me out with this one? I just got done installing all the
require perl modules, but it still fails.
