Hi Gordon, You can still create your OTRS user now that you have installed OTRS.
From http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/install-cli.html#INSTALL-CLI-INSTALL useradd -d /opt/otrs/ -c 'OTRS user' otrs usermod -G nogroup otrs (SuSE=nogroup, Red Hat=apache) Just make sure you re-run 'SetPermissions.sh'.
