Traceback: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.6 OS: linux Time: Wed Mar 22 09:12:23 2006

Have you ever had this problem? I have the owner of /opt/otrs as wwwrun:nogroup thats the only way i could get it to run.

Have you tried running /opt/otrs/bin/SetPermissions.sh?

Nils.
