When a email gets sent for notification of a ticket being opened. i.e.:

Hi Sean,

a ticket [2006033010000024] is assigned to you by "Tom French".

Your OTRS Notification Master


The above FQDN is NOT what I want. I need to use a static ip
192.168.111.31 or server1 as the FQDN.
In the sysconfig area under Framework:core, I see the FQDN field. But am
unable to make it stay to what I want after I hit Update.
Any ideas.?
