to make this clear: This time field is unit free, so it depends on
you, what amounts of time spent on this article you enter. It may be
minutes, hours, half hours, ...
Just make sure, that everyone using this feature knows what he has to
fill in :-)

Hi ,
Just on this topic , I remember reading somewhere that you can setup
counter based time accounting , so when an agent takes ownership of a
ticket the time is automatically filled in. Tried to search the list and
google but couldn't find anything , anyone remember such a workaround?
Any help tips would be greatly appreciated
