I've been working on getting a Windows-based OTRS installation running here.
Things were clipping along fine, and I had it sending and receiving email
without a problem. Now, however, I can no longer seem to login to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to administer the system. Since I'm running on Windows using
an external SMTP server, I can't send a new password to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
either using the forgotten password form.

Is there some way I can reset the password for the admin account, given
command-line access to the OTRS installation?
